The Zurich Marathon attracts more than 10,000 runners annually. There are races at several different distances other than the Marathon itself, like the 10km City Run or the team run. For the team run the marathon is split into four stages as a 4-person relay to offer runners the chance of experiencing the event alongside their colleagues, friends or family. There are approximately 3500 marathon runners, 3500 City 10km runners and 4,000 team runners who end up storming through the streets of Switzerland’s biggest city.
